Good afternoon, the truth is, I am offended by the person at the inside window called Katrina or Katrina Perry, a woman of color every time I arrive and pass with her, she asks me a question in very bad taste, why do I withdraw my cash? of the account and he does not take notes, he only tells me that what I want my money for and he is the only person who does that with me is because I am Hispanic but in reality it is my money and I use it to pay my house and other bills. that question every time I feel very offended and that makes your institution look bad. Please take this into account to improve

TERRIBLE. This has got to be the SLOWEST bank I have EVER been to. There will be only 3 people in line and no one will help for 5+ minutes. I was just in line and the teller looked at me in my face (I was in lane 1) and didn’t even acknowledge me. I’ve been trying utilize the bank since Thursday, but the lines here are always stupid long. It just took me 26 minutes just to make a withdrawal!

Update: the at the moment seems to have gotten a little better with new machines in but now the drive through is consistently wrapped around the building, sometimes even blocking access to the ATM’s.
They need a better way to deal with the traffic.
————————————————————————
As usual, ATM issues causing a long line. Had to get out of line just to wait in line again.

On 11/2/18, I went here for a money order, the bank teller seemed to be in a rush. I stated to her the amount for my money order three times and she even wrote it down on a piece of appear. The money order was for my rent. I was charged $4.00 for the money order and she still did the money order incorrect. She took the correct amount out of my bank account on top of the $4.00 charge and and she put 10 cents less on my money order and my apartment would not accept the money order because it was wrong. If you go here for a money order, make sure it is correct before they put it in an enveloped and

Friendly employees but this credit union is worse than a bank. Back office systems are set up to charge as many overdraft fees as possible, and every fee is comparable if not more than commercial banks. Often, you will get slammed with overdraft fees right before deposits mysteriously post to your account.
I have worked in financial services for 5+ years and never banked any where this bad.
Stay away. Or go to Bank of America. You won't be treated any worse than here.
