Everyone who is married or has children or owns a home and everyone who owns a business. Who should do estate planning? Every adult, whether or not you are married or a parent.
Whether it involves residential, commercial, or agricultural real estate, Stoneberg, Giles & Stroup, P.A., will take the time to make sure you understand your rights and obligations involving those significant investments. Didn’t show up at all for one court date.
Another court date, was late because he went to the wrong town.
Asked for advice on a traffic ticket and suggested contesting it. What would have been a $200 fine ended up being a $200 fine plus $1,600 in attorney’s fees.
Typically you are stuck with doing all the leg work.
They are cheaper but will cost you in the long run.
The gals doing all the work are extremely nice though.

I was impressed with Ron Seanor. I retained him for a divorce I thought would be difficult and complex. Ron was able to make the process shorter and easier than I thought possible. He was patient and responded promptly to my questions. Ron definitely acted on my interest, practiced in the areas in which he was skilled (business and family law), and he gave great suggestions and advice to make things easier.
