They are on top of their game. Timely, friendly, and reasonably priced. Definitely would return if needing glass windows.

The woman who answered the phone was not courteous. I called to schedule an estimate for a residential window frame repair and was told they do not offer mobile service and that I would need to bring in the 5' x 2.5'' storm window to them. Their web site specifically states: "provide portable on-site glass work" "large window projects" "Specialized home windows, storm windows" "If there is a space, we can put a window there!"

I had to have the windshield on my 2012 Ford focus replaced. Called Ziegler was able to get my car in within (3) business days. They got the repair done quickly and I was able to get some work done in their well-appointed lounge area. Excellent customer service.

The other day going down the road, something flew and hit my windshield. I had a chip that looked really bad. I had never had to deal with a chip in my window before, wasn't sure how to take care of it and not replace the whole thing. I was recommended to Ziegler Glass by a family member and I called and got an appointment same day. The guy was super helpful and polite! He explained everything to me and took him about 30 minutes. I was in and out and it looks good!! I was so relieved that it wouldn't spread and get bigger. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND DEFINITELY WOULD GO BACK! :)
