I had a few of ethernet lines run from basement to two rooms on 1st floor. They work at a good pace. The lines work well. The only problem I had was that when they sent two crew members I was unaware that I would be charged double the $85 hour labor charge so my final bill was a surprise when I was charged $170 an hour. The second guy I payed for seemed to be learning the trade from the other guy. So I do not feel that charge was worth it. But overall I was happy and would recommend them again just be aware of extra charges.

We needed a network tech and called after 3 weeks of struggling to get help from the modem manufacturer and the program support folks to communicate with gates at four storage facilities. Mel came through like a champ and put all the other support people to shame. HE'S THE MAN!! He's professional yet so down to earth that I feel we not only have someone to help us with all our tech support needs but we gained a friend! THANK YOU MEL!!!

This is for my mother who does not have a Yelp account but feels the importance of letting everyone know how much time Mel spent with her. Her computer was hacked and friends had tried assisting her for a few days without it working. She called Mel who fit her In the same day with an appointment. He spent around two hours with her there explaining what he was doing as he went. They told me my data was recoverable. I waited 1 week to pick it up, brought my hard drive home and went to look at my files and they were all gone. I took the device back to Janadhi they looked at it and were unable to figure out what happened or why the images are no longer there. They sent it to another company in Wisconsin who has been kind and helpful but can’t do anything for me because Janadhi won’t get back to them to say if they still have the exterior case for my device. Highly recommend. Very professional. Brought my hard drive in because it stopped working. After a few weeks I took the replacement home to find out that nothing was transferred. Can't blame them because they did everything they could and warned me from the start that it wasn't 100% that my file transfer would be successful. I appreciate their efforts though.
