Services
A: Prices include set up of rental items that the customer could not be expected to set up (Tents, Dance floors, Stages). Delivery price depends on what is being rented and the distance that will be traveled. A: When you are 100% sure you know what you want, email us to place your order or schedule an appointment.
Having Palace Events coordinate our wedding was the best choice we made when planning our wedding. Michael and his team are seasoned professionals who are 100% committed to making your dreams realities. They were always quick to respond to all emails and phone calls, gave great advice, and kept us on track in the planning process.
Laborers- assist with delivery and installation of tenting, tables and chairs, loading and unloading trucks, cleaning and restocking equipment, etc. Warehouse workers- assist in loading and unloading trucks, restocking and cleaning equipment and assisting customers as needed, etc.
Drivers- driving box trucks (several lengths in our fleet), participating in installations and deliveries of tenting, tables, and chairs, loading and unloading trucks, cleaning and inventorying equipment, etc.

Palace Events was BEYOND amazing. I truly don’t have words to describe how fabulous they made our big day. The organization, the planning & attention to detail, set up & breakdown, communication, etc etc etc. were 12/10 perfection.

Mike and his team were extremely helpful throughout our entire wedding planning process. We had to change venues for our ceremony about a month before the wedding and Mike worked with us to get us chairs, an arbor, DJ services for the ceremony, etc. so we didn’t need to scramble to try and look elsewhere. The venue for the reception was also set up beautifully and Palace set up early enough to let us decorate our tables/centerpieces. We also had a tent and tables the next day for a brunch and they were set up and torn down very timely. Highly recommend working with Mike and his team for any events

Palace Events made my wedding look like an absolute dream come true! They were quick to respond to emails and calls, and took care of all logistics with our venue. They even came back and changed something for me day of! When I walked into the ballroom after everything was done I almost cried because of how beautiful the room looked. After making the last minute decision to move our wedding to our family farm due to COVID-19, I started looking for tent rental companies in my area and I am more than happy I stumbled upon Palace Events! Palace Events was very responsive (emailed back within 10 minutes every time), punctual (the men put up and took down the very large tent on time and were extremely respectful), and accommodating (they organized a wedding reception in literally 15 days, due to the pandemic rescheduling).
Their prices are reasonable considering they do all the work -- set up, tear down, etc. They have a large selection of chairs, tables, etc. that will work within nearly any budget for any sort of event.

We recently worked with Palace for our wedding and they were fantastic! We had an outdoor wedding at Ewing so they did all of our rentals and we also used them for their coordinating services. The tent, chairs, and tables turned out great and everything coordinated so well with my wedding color scheme. Their wedding coordinating service made the whole weekend go so smoothly. We were lucky to have them for our son's wedding from the arbor to lighting to the DJ. Speaking of the DJ - wow! Fantastic music selection, great ideas, listened to the groom/bride's wants and needs, nice lighting and sound. They know their stuff and are easy to work with.
We also selected the photo booth - so much fun and a great hit with the guests.

Mike and his team at Palace Events did a wonderful job at my wedding in 2015! The ceremony and reception looked beautiful. Every little detail was executed perfectly.
