Our founders own over 1,000 properties in Ohio, and a big part of that business became acting as general contractors supervising plenty of great roofing, HVAC, plumbers, and other subcontractors and employees that they wanted to continue to keep busy even when there wasn't major work to do on their own properties.

MAP did a great job installing a furnace for us. We were in a tight situation where we needed the work done ASAP and Matt was able to get us an estimate, answer all of our questions, and then schedule the work within a couple of days. The installation went smoothly, the technicians were professional and cleaned up after their work and the new furnace works great!

I used MAP Construction last year to replace the roof and my furnace and air conditioning on two different rental properties, and they did a great job. Matt was easy to work with, and did not pressure me to buy. The price was very fair and they were able to get the AC units replaced quickly, so my tenants were not inconvenienced. I will be using them again whenever the next project comes up.
