Very bad experience. They said they would come to hospital pick up the patient at 5pm then change to 7:30pm. Then no people came. Call them they said they didn't send the ambulance. We have to call the ambulance by ourselves. If we have to call, why don't they let us know in advance. Very ridiculous.

I cannot say enough good things about this facility and it's staff. My mother in law was here for 31 days. She was there, paid by Medicaid, and I was able to visit almost every day. She is an incredibly difficult person, and the situation of being away from home and her primary doctors made it even worse. Yet, the staff was BEYOND kind, patient and accommodating. They met every demand (and there were new ones daily) with options and solutions. Each nurse did their best to listen to her very long winded ramblings and the doctors were caring and worked with her myriad of health issues and concerns

I was addmited here for a short stay on January 29, 2015.
The hospital has just been remodled.
It is very beautiful, and has a nice scent of fresh straberries in the air.
The staff are very cherful, and try very hard to give the best possible care to their patients.
Although i will be going home soon, i wish to thank all of the staff, including the housekeepers, and of course the nurses, doctors, and the administration.
By the way even the food is very good. 😋😁😄😊😱.....

My uncle was staying he
re before we moved him to a cleaner facility. The minuite you walk in the stench of urine overwhelms you. My shoes were getting stuck to the floor that probably gets mopped once a week. My uncle lost so much weight cuz the food was so nasty. We moved him after he got scabies and noticed a lot of the residents were scratching and he was really unhappy that they woke him up 3 hours before breakfast and had him in the wheel chair waiting when he could have been sleeping.
