I just had the worst experience in my life at this dentist. Completely unprofessional, inconsiderate and the price is outrageous! If you care for your well-being definitely take your business somewhere else. đź’Ż *Update I went to Risa's Dental this morning and they did a full exam and X-rays for $10! Plus there extremely nice. What a difference from my experience at "Glendale Dental group".

I chipped the cap off my front tooth this morning. I broke the tooth as a child and every few years it needs to be replaced. We are new to the area so I found Glendale Dental through a quick Google search. The woman I spoke to was cheerful and courteous and said they could see me immediately. The building is a small stand-alone building. When I entered the waiting room I was pleased to see all the staff were wearing masks. The very friendly lady at the front desk checked me in, gave me paperwork, etc. The building is old and no-frills, to say the least. I waited for a very reasonable amount of

My husband had been in some pretty serious pain for a few days and over the weekend it steadily got worse we were trying to wait for our own dentist but his office was closed
The first problem was the fact that they didn't take United healthcare so we had to pay cash up front before my husband was even examined then the receptionist grabbed our credit card and ran it while he was still being worked on

I was in this place yesterday and they said that the insurance company covers 90% of my charges,the total was $162.00 and I paid $120.70. I believe they took this amount from me and they will take the 90% from the insurance company. The doctor was so rude and not patient. He and his assistant hurt my gum and he said you don’t have to have any pain because your tooth has root canal.

I called to make an appointment for tooth pain. Spoke with Sandra and gave her my insurance information. She said she’d verify my insurance and call back. When Sandra called back, she told me that although I had insurance, I’d have to pay for my services up front and in full. Reason being is that due to Covid-19, my insurance company was taking 4-6… months to pay out claims, and they can’t wait that long to be paid. Im DISGUSTED with how they treated my mom, They discriminated her and told her not to speak in Spanish. My parents have been going there for 20 years and my mother is an American Citizen who understands everything in English just cant speak fluently. To have this happen to your own mom would upset anyone. This is AMERICA! AMERICA doesn't have one set language! We have the freedom to talk in any language we want! And this lady who discriminated against my mom is the dentist wife! I'm very disgusted with how low to the ground this place has gone.

I cracked a tooth last night, called first thing this morning, and I was in and out and professionally repaired by 1pm today!! I was not an existing patient there before, but I will be now! They're rude and don't let family support their family in the room. One of my family members wanted her mom in the room and they wouldn't allow it due to the fact there's no room last time I checked the patient has the right to say who's allowed in room. Then she had a panic attack. If this was a child I'd be running back whether they like it or not!
