Went 1 time prior to my visit today..Asked for a Mani/Pedi.. I choose the young man who did my manicure prior.. As soon as I sat down..he started to cough and get up..he did this 4 times in 15 mins.. then I look down and sweat is pouring down his forehead and dripping down and he's trying to wipe all the while trying to keep doing a $50 pedi..I stopped him immediately and asked if he was sick..he said yes..ARE U KIDDING ME..THERE IS A NATIONAL PANDEMIC AND YOUR WORKING IN A CLOSED DOOR SALON ON People!! I immediately got up..offered to pay for my polish removal and nail cut and they rudely ignored

Staff very friendly and do good work. My complaint are the TV stations all with closed caption on. The 3 stations are Fox News, Newsmax, and OAN, all political opinion stations. Would much rather see home improvement, Discovery or something besides the nauseating right wing political stations. Businesses should not get involved in politics unless they don't mind losing a few customers. I am going to try a different salon next time.

I’ve been going here for years and I’ve never had a problem, they’re usually super nice and do a great job. Well, today I went and this gentleman sat me down and immediately had a bad attitude, when I told him I wanted to paint the tips black he told me no. Well obviously he did it anyways, he messed up one of them so I politely asked him to fix it and he again told me no. The nails are very crooked and and some are longer than others, they don’t look good at all!

A large group of our family came into town for a funeral. We called ahead and told them there would be 5 of us, and while they wouldn’t take reservations, they assured us they could fit us in. When we arrived there were 7 of us all getting manicures and pedicures.
The space was amazing. The pedicure chairs were arranged in a circle so we could all talk together during the first half of the process. (When we did manicures, we were spread out across the store, but still able to see one another. Some got gels, some got acrylics and for mine I asked for a specific design (I brought in a photo) and

Will never come back to place my finger nails look horrible not shaped. Requested dip and didn’t not receive this service. The dip was applied as acrylic nails. The colors we requested look dinghy and darker than we asked for the nails are crooked. My pedicure they did not remove my calluses at all not even a little. My nails the missed a whole part of nail when painting. I asked them not cut my nails and they started cutting anyways. They quoted one price than at check out it was higher than quoted. They were rude and did not listen to our input what so ever. Did not pay attention to the details
