Utmost did stucco repair, chimney repair, and painting on our older house in 2019. Mark had clear communication and was very responsive to our questions. The work was done well and the price was fair. In the last month, we noted new stucco cracks from ongoing settlement. Mark came to look, and even though the job was small, outside warranty, and presumably unrelated to prior work, he agreed to repair. His crewman had the repair done within the same week and in the end Mark didn't charge. I really appreciate his commitment to help us with this.

I Hired these guys to rebuild a chimney that was crumbling on my roof. I was able to send photos of the chimney to obtain an estimate. I spoke to Mark directly. They showed up on time, took just a couple of days to do the job, came in on budget and it looks great. Very professional outfit I would highly recommend them.

Utmost Renovations was very professional. I had 5 chimneys that needed tuck-pointing, crowns repaired, and flashing re-caulked. The chimneys were hard to get to and required a lift. The work was done quickly and with care to my property and yard. They did a great job of matching the new mortar to the old and then applied a water repellent. I also had the steel lintels above my windows repainted and weeps installed (had to google this and decided it is worth the upfront cost vs. having to replace them down the road) I was kept informed every step of the way and encouraged to check out the work.

We contracted with Utmost Renovations for a residential project. Mark and his crew recently repaired our stone chimney as well as a stone patio wall. Mark was very quick to provide an estimate. The work was completed in a timely fashion. The crew was very professional. We were updated regularly regarding progress. I am very happy with the results. We will have more work in the future and I will be calling Utmost Renovations again.
