My eye exam was done by the va and by contract this office is supposed to fill the prescription, I ordered my glasses and had to go back twice for adjustment , still couldn't see properly out of them. my va dr told me to order a new pair. I went back and was told I would have to wait to get an appointment, and that appointments for vets are only at certain times. Not va friendly, and poor performance as far as proper fitting and prescription. Over all a. Very bad experience,

If you do not choose to pay out of pocket for testing that they want you to have done even though your insurance doesn't cover it... and they don't tell you that when you sign the papers at the front door, they will send you out the door right in the middle of your appointment.

Not even worth 1 star. Horrible customer service on the phone and then once they found out our insurance they conveniently had NO appointments at all in the future, whereas I started my call with the question " are you accepting new patients?" And her reply was "yes". If you're not going to treat people with respect regardless of their insurance status, just choose not to be a provider.

Who ever answers phone does not listen to u. I called for glasses and said can he check me for eye infections of girl I had taken there. She said go to E.R. made me an appointment for Thursday for eye exam for glasses. I made this call on a Friday. They call me today to remind me of my appointment tomorrow at eleven o'clock. I was talking about exam for glasses and was informed it was only to check to see if I had eye infection. I informed her I was told to goo to the E.R. and I do not have infection. She told me I could not be seen tomorrow for eye exam. I would have to be put on a list if someone
