I got a call from my husband on his way home from work saying there was smoke coming from the engine of our car. At the same time he was making me aware I might be picking him up on 690 to come home to Auburn, a State Farm sponsored tow truck drove up to the car and told my husband to get out of the car because it was on fire. He put out the fire then proceeded to tow the vehicle to a garage. The car was deemed a total loss, then the tow truck driver drove my husband home. Within less than 24 hours we got a call letting us know what the payment would be for our totaled vehicle, also a rental car

Talked to Linda twice on the phone over the past several months regarding one of our vehicles being sold back in May 2021. I mailed the licences plates in to the DMV and never got a receipt. She continues to charge me for the insurance. There is no way to convince her of anything as she hangs up on you before the conversation ends. Sorry I made this move...we have several vehicles with them and never a claim in 50 years.
