Nearly one year later and STILL no artwork, nor anyone to fix the air conditioning drain line that one of the workers stepped on and broke.
I can't recommend a business that hasn't resolved an issue in nearly a YEAR! What kind of company is that irresponsible? And Randy, you're going to blame the customer for your crew breaking things and not have the professional courtesy to FIX it? There's always small claims court.

Randy, Christina and the Freedom Movers team did an excellent job moving us recently. They work extremely hard, are polished and go above and beyond. They are the consummate professionals. Moved on Memorial Day weekend and we are so thrilled with the service that Randy and his crew provided! Scheduling our move and getting a quote was super easy and convenient via phone and mostly email (my preferred method of communication). These guys were so nice and professional on every level. It's a family business. They even offered to help us find a storage facility. Did I mention this was a last minute move? Our mom moved out of her old place into ours. We thought she had it all arranged, but at 78, things tend to be forgotten. We really appreciated everything they did. We will be calling them again to move her stuff from the storage facility once her place is ready.

You will understand why this company is called "Freedom Movers" when you hire them. I had an old treadmill, tube television and sofa in my basement that was just taking up space. Christina is awesome to work with and made it very easy to schedule the pick up. Randy and Mario showed up on time, were very professional and did a great job! We hired Freedom Movers to move us from Philadelphia to Westchester NY. This was a two part move- from Philly into storage and then from storage to Westchester. They arrived hours late to the Philadelphia move. We had informed them that we had to catch a flight that night and needed to leave by a certain time. Due to the tardiness they were not able to complete the job in time. We could not miss our flight so had to leave them there to finish the job. I hired Freedom Movers for a move in late 2017. They arrived hours late to both of my moves. They did almost $2000 worth of damage to my belongings and refused to take responsibility, breaking dishes and glassware, destroying heavy duty storage containers, and damaging wooden furniture. I moved this past weekend and at the last minute decided to see if I could hire movers. I found Freedom Movers on YELP and I am so happy I did. Freedom Movers was EXCELLENT. Christine was so helpful with the scheduling and the team was amazing. They were so professional, so knowledgeable and all around really great to work with.

They are really reasonably priced as well which is a huge bonus. I will be using Freedom Movers for any move I make in the future!
