Services
At Home TLC, Inc. provides all inclusive services that range from companionship to end-of-life care. Home Care Coordinators will be happy answer any questions may have. Once you become familiar with our services, we can set up a free in-home consultation. During this consultation we will review the details of the care that is needed and/or requested.
Our consultation services include an initial visit from a TLC Representative to go over the client and families immediate needs. The initial consultation & follow-up visits are free of charge. We hire our caregivers from a personality profile that includes maturity, dependability, honesty and a lifelong trend towards caring for others.
Elder Services of Berkshire County is a non-profit organization providing a wide variety of services to the elders of Berkshire County. North Adams Commons is a local nursing home and rehabilitation facility located in North Adams. Williamstown Commons is a nursing home and rehabilitation center located in Williamstown, MA.

My husband and I were fortunate to learn about At Home TLC when we were looking for someone to assist with the care of his elderly parents. For eight years, Melissa Bryce and her staff provided nursing assessment, personal care, companionship, and other services on a daily basis. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the level of care provided as well as the compassion, professionalism, and dedication exhibited by the caregivers and the entire staff. As a physician who has practiced in the Northern Berkshires for over 40 years, At Home TLC is my preferred agency for providing in home care for my patients and I have recommended them on countless occasions. TLC’s responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to go the “extra mile” is outstanding. The caregivers are skilled, caring and reliable. In fact, many of TLC’s long term clients come to regard these individuals as extensions of their own families. TLC's care is excellent. All of the staff are very caring. My dear Friend wanted to stay at home and with their help we were able to keep her at home until her passing. We made many requests and TLC was always responsive. It gave me peace of mind to know that she was cared for 24/7 when I could not be at home. I highly recommend At Home TLC.
