Carrie is a light! From the start, she made me and my sister feel comfortable, and safe, and as we got into our sessions, I really felt like she was tapped in! I feel like we got so much out of the sessions, even though they were just an hour! The second you walk in to Carrie’s place, you feel an immediate relief and release of tension. Everything surrounding you, including Carrie herself, are grounding forces to gently push you back into the now of the present moment.
I found Carrie after a lot of my own healing - but her guidance through a shamanic breath work session is what dove me into a deeper healing.
