Gus and George were a real blessing to us at a time when we needed responsiveness, professionalism and empathy for a loss in our family. I lost my Mom on December 13th at 3:15 am. We made arrangements that same morning. Cremations America picked her up with such respect. This was and still is a very hard time for me. I was her daughter and caretaker. She was my world. I am so grateful to have dealt with such a professional and caring company.

My beloved father had been battling with failing organs including his lungs and kidneys, along with getting pneumonia twice and also getting brain damage from a heart attack. My dad fought from early February until he ultimately passesed in July. I want to thank Cremations America for caring, and for handling my father with respect. You made a process we thought would be hard, easy. I can be at peace knowing my father is in a better place with no more suffering. Thank you for respecting us and more than anything, his memory.

I would highly recommend Cremations America to handle the wishes of your loved one. Everything was conducted over the phone and by email, since we lived in a different state. Cremations America handled everything for us, which made the whole process so much easier. The cost was also, by far, the most reasonable. They were compassionate and very professional and I highly recommend entrusting your loved ones to their care.

A very difficult experience was made so much easier as the staff at Cremations America took care of every little detail. I appreciate the special tribute made to my mom, she would have been so impressed. The facility is warm and inviting; seems strange referring to a cremation place in that way but that is the impression left. The staff are truly compassionate and professional. The attention to everything and everyone was truly amazing.

We have a long family history with Cremation America. When my mother passed away in Orlando I called them and they immediately sent the paperwork authorizing Cremation America to transfer her body to Miami. This is the kind of service families need in times of distress. The rough plans for the funeral were done by phone and the final arrangements were done when I arrived in Miami the next day. I have nothing but praise for their management and staff. Highly recommend their facility on S.W. 8th Street.

Our family suffered an unexpected loss just recently. While having to make the heartbreaking and tough decisions of looking at options for a cremation service, cremations america was recommended to us by someone. It's one of the most dreadful things to have to do but the staff were very nice and helpful through the entire process. They explained all options and walked us through it step by step. We were so grateful for the service and attention we received.

I won't go into details, but please know that *everything* that is involved in a cremation service was fully handled by this company.
