Recently sold and bought a new home, and used Fidelity both times. They are great! I highly suggest using them for your home closing needs. Staff are very professional and have everything prepped for you when you arrive. They even provide coffee and water! In each case, we signed everything in 15 minutes or less.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Months after the closing of our house, we got a call from the title company saying that Clackamas County made a mistake, and misreported to the Title Company that we owed no property taxes. The County later sent a bill to the current owner (The person holding the Title Insurance) for back property taxes. Our property taxes were included in our mortgage, so we had no idea if they had been paid by the lender or not. The Title company now wants us to bring them a large check for those back taxes. I thought that this kind of mistake is EXACTLY what title insurance was for. I&apos
