I called with a unique situation. My son, a sailor stationed overseas, needed a new windshield sent to him. Brian explained they cannot help directly but would call to see if his suppliers could. Within an hour I received a call with potentially good news. Brian thought he found a solution and was waiting for a call back. That afternoon Brian called again to just let me know he hadn't heard anything but didn't want me to think he forgot me. This AM, boom, Brian on the phone with the info I needed.

I can't say enough good about this place. My window regulator broke, dropping the window down and its in the 30s here at night. So I got home, called them 1st thing in the morning. They offered for me to come by that morning and they would at least put the window up until they could get the parts. I couldn't come that morning but he offered to call me in the afternoon when he got back to the office. He called, I went, and while I was there he called, got the part and installed it. It was also $100 or so less than the national firm i had initially booked an appointment with.

My son's rearview mirror fell off. It had clearly fallen off before and the previous owner did not do the best job of reinstalling it. He took the car in for an inspection at a local shop in town and they were pretty sure it was going to require a new windshield. Further backstory - the kid is leaving for a trip tomorrow so I was depending on the shop who did the inspection to fix the mirror so his drive would be safer.
I tried calling the major chain that has a store around the corner from my house. I couldn't get through to a person after several tries.

I was extremely pleased with my experience.here. Everything was presented in a clear concise fashion. The price quote was lower than the national chain shop in the area and they did not try to sell me additional services as the chain did. Service was friendly and prompt. My windshield is as good as new again.
