We specialize in correcting your body's misalignments. Our goal is to ensure that your spine and the rest of your body are working harmoniously. To do so, we will help you develop a plan that will require light stretching, some exercise, chiropractic care, and a healthy diet. Corrective exercises are the use of bodily movements and/or postures to restore desirable changes in diseased or injured tissues.
Dr. Reed Neubaum is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic with Physical Therapy privileges in Maryland. He graduated from Shippensburg University where he majored in Biology with a concentration in Health Professions. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College.
Dr. Katharine Neubaum is also a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic with Physical Therapy privileges. Originating from Rochester, New York, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science at the University at Buffalo. Wanting to further her education, she went on to earn her Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College.
Dr. Cristobal Martinez is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic with Physical Therapy privileges. Coming from a sports medicine and rehab-based clinic in Western New York, Dr. Martinez brings years of assessing and correcting human movement patterns.
While pursuing a bachelor's degree, ultimately graduating from SUNY College at Brockport in Health Science, Cristobal was constantly working to learn and apply as much knowledge about biomechanics as possible by working in a number of different fitness facilities and competing as a collegiate soccer player.

Dr. Kat is so honest. I explained my experience in the past year, between the stress of moving to a new state, the pandemic, and every other uncertainty you have as a mother... I was tired and overwhelmed. I hold all of my emotional tension in my shoulders and neck. After she adjusted me, I felt better instantly. My experience at Ultimate Health has been fulfilling and so helpful! I started going to Ultimate Health a few months ago with the hopes of healing chronic pain in my hip that had bothered me for several years. I was looking for a doctor who practiced Active Release technique therapy and I was able to get an appointment right away! Dr. Reed is knowledgable, efficient, and a great listener! We love Dr. Reed! I've been seeing a chiropractor for about 10 years as a proactive approach to health. My brother is chiropractor (out of state) so I know what I want in a chiropractor. Our family started seeing Dr. Reed monthly approximately 6 months ago. My girls, ages 6 & 8 warmed up to him right away; he's great at getting them to loosen up (no pun intended) by being silly right along with them. Dr. Reed takes his time; he is not a "one size fits all" chiropractor! Absolutely! I have been going to Dr. Reed and recently have added my very athletic girls. My one daughter just had a knee injury in lacrosse. She was initially told she had a Patellar ligament sprain by a quick care type center. I took her to Dr. Reed 2 days later and after his assessment, he highly recommended an MRI due to his findings. The MRI came back with a femur fracture! Thank you Dr. Reed for your thorough assessment skills! I highly recommended the Neubaums previously, but now more than ever!!

Dr. Reed and the Ultimate Health staff are incredible - not only are they the most accommodating, friendly, and easy to schedule with professional office experience ever; but Dr. Reed truly listens to what is going on with your body and targets the issues with sustaining treatments and at-home maintenance and strength remedies. I have been going to Ultimate Health for many years. I initially did a lot of research when choosing a chiropractor as I am a medical professional myself and wanted to be sure of the care I would be receiving. I have been seeing Dr. Reed Neubaum for over 2 years at this point. He is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The technique he uses which incorporates adjustments as well as stretching is amazing. I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Joe Hickey for a lower back injury and let me say this: He accurately diagnosed my injury prior to my MRI, and immediately went to work.
