Their refund policy is outrageous with a $500 restocking fee on products that you cannot try out to see if they will fit or work for you.
People that wear glasses may need to know that the ReSound brand of hearing aids may not work for you as they could not stay behind my ear as my glasses were in the way.

This fantastic company has provided me with the best hearing aids I have ever had! Susann Shriver, M.Ed., CCC - A, FAAA, spent all of the time with me, and more, than I could have asked for. I felt like I was receiving the highest quality of care I have ever received from an audiologist. I have had many different aids over the past fifty plus… years, but never anything of this quality.
I am profoundly deaf, but not a candidate for cochlear implants or bone-assisted-hearing-aids (baha). That makes me a very difficult person to assist, but Susannn has fitted me with the best available, and

While hearing aids are not inexpensive, the change in quality of life is huge when hearing loss is an issue. Susann Shriver and her staff provide a great professional yet personal experience; friendly and very helpful, giving information about test results and options. I highly recommend this office for solutions to hearing problems.
