Services
We help low income families to have the opportunity to live independently by fully engaging them to approach legal matters without fear and offering them a new beginning with better living conditions. The organization's specific purpose is to initiate personal and social change by providing highly specialized services to low income individuals and families and offering free legal advice and representation.
Our philosophy is that it is in our beneficiaries' best interest to settle legal matters in a fair, compassionate, and comprehensive manner, and by stimulating inter-cultural family caring values. Our goal is not only to assist families to gain an understanding of their legal rights, but to carefully explore alternative methods by which the issues relating to their relationships can be most effectively managed.
Domestic violence has such a devastating impact in our community. For that reason, our organization will assist families in recovering and preventing emotional and psychological trauma. Our assistance will focus in all aspects related to family violence including physical, sexual, financial and elderly abuse, neglect and maltreatment of children.
Family Law Community Organization will observe and identify developmental stages for infants and toddlers. Experiences and activities will be chosen to help reinforce and support developmental milestones, to build the foundation of learning. This invaluable, easy-to-use resource provides comprehensive support for children from birth to age three.
