Not impressed with the vinyl nstallation job. After job was completed one more item needed to be fixed. 4 different times we were told they would come out and fix but each time they had a different excuse snd did not show up. Not very professional. Installer cursed several times at customer. Find someone else for your commercial needs. Only bright spot was the tile guy.

Do not use this company. They did a horrible job. Stair risers arent tight enough and already squeek. We bought plenty of wood and they used pieces that were damaged. They left a mess and i had to clean it up. They permanently damaged the floors. They didnt care at all about the job they did. If i could go back i would not have used them. I would not recommend them to anyone. Find someone else. Horrible people to work with.

Amazing customer service and very kind people! The quote we received was reasonably priced and we were extremely happy with the level of client service we received during the entire process. I was so impressed with how QUICK they were. I called on a Monday to get a quote, the owner Gregg came out the next day and had a quote for me. I was scheduled the next day for my floors. The contractor showed up on the exact day they were scheduled and got the project done in two days. The contractor, Nick was very nice and informative. I was there to get estimates on hardwood floor replacement, as we just had a fire. We never got in the door. The employee/owner was screaming and swearing at all of us in the parking areas-some were going to what appeared to be a funeral wake, I was going to HFI. I'm not sure exactly what the issue was, but I can't do business with a company which disrespects me and condones disrespecting other people like this.

We've been using Gregg at Harbor Floors for more than 20 years. We just had two rooms recarpeted and are more than satisfied. When we originally selected carpeting, Gregg actually directed us to a more economical brand with the same quality. The installation is amazing. Not honorable owner - Greg does not keep his commitments. Had work done, his team (which were really nice men) made minor scratches moving furniture back. Greg made promises to return for 3 months and I ultimately tired of calling him. Greg requested payments in advance of the work being completed. I had no obligation to pay him but did so thinking he had integrity. Once I did, I had no leverage to incentivize him coming back. I do not recommend this business based on the owners lack of integrity. His team was very nice, capable and professional (even with the scratches) - the only positive!

I got a great quote based on my measurements at the shop. The following day, Greg came out and did his own measurements and I got the same quote and all things written that were expected. I gave half down and then the material got ordered while I was sitting at the table. It was right before Thanksgiving so I did not expect the job to be done immediately, due to the fact that lots of people want to update their houses before they have company. After Thanksgiving, I was told that my materials would be delivered shortly because they needed to rest in my house four days before installation of hardwoods

We have been extremely pleased with our experience with Harbor Floors and Interiors. The owner Greg and his wife have been in the business from many years. We first called Harbor Floors in October 2015 when we were looking for flooring for our basement finish. We wanted something that my wife liked and was good quality and in our budget. After dealing with big box dealers for our wood flooring we realized that Harbor Flooring was giving us a better price and the service and quality of installation was EXCELLENT. Not impressed with this place customer service. Greg, the owner I believe, told my parents to " Fu*k off" because they weren't coming to a negotiable price. He also stereotyped them... which is un acceptable. Won't be coming here anytime soon... nor will I advice friends and family to come here. No matter how great of a job you guys claim to do... customer service should be number 1.

Do not use! The owner sends out subcontractors (not his own employees) and tries to get you to handle problems with them instead handling them himself.
We have used them in the past with good results but this last time was nothing but trouble. The job involved laying some new flooring in part of a room and then sanding the whole room to match the abutting wood-floored rooms.(three different threshholds). Not an easy job as the adjoining floors were all dark brown but slightly different in hue. We were not expecting perfection and they had done this for us in the past. (put in new flooring in
