The service takes forever. I’ve been waiting for an hour and a half to have my teeth cleaned. The service took so long that they sent me this review request while I'm stilling sitting in my chair waiting to have my teeth cleaned. This isn’t the first time the wait was this atrocious.

Fresh Dental requires a verbal confirmation, but they never called us! Even though they never called us, my appointment was cancelled. Also, Fresh Dental did not want to accept Medicare, so they made it difficult for us to schedule an appointment. I had to drive 20 minutes from work to get here, and they said that they cancelled the appointment for the second time! This is why I do not recommend going to Fresh Dental.
