The Manatee Queen sightseeing tour boat has been providing scenic boat tours in Jupiter FL since 1988. Now in 2018 is the new start to another new being. After hearing the Manatee Queen would be no more, Troy Lowry from Get Wet Watersports decided that it's not time for the Manatee Queen to end such a long run.
We are back bigger then ever! Come show your love. The 50' Dee Queen II is a 49 passenger United States Coast Guard inspected vessel that is wheelchair accessible. There is also a working marine head ( bathroom ). On board, we offer chip, snacks, soda, and bottled water induced on most trips. However please feel free to pack your picnic baskets and coolers and bring whatever you would like.

We had a fun time exploring the waters near Jupiter Island. The crew were helpful, full of interesting stories and history of the area and fun also. The boat was comfortable and very clean. We were surprised to be able to have a drink and fresh fruit while out. Nice extra perk! We would definitely go again if we come back to the area and recommend it to anyone visiting nearby.

We live locally and have been on this tour many times with visitors from different states, sometimes go just for a daytime date with just my husband. Who wouldn't want a ride on the water on a beautiful day? The boat is a large roomy clean oversized pontoon. The narration is always changing because the beautiful homes get sold and bought, new buildings go up and new hot spots develop.

Extremely disappointing. We booked the 2pm cruise around Jupiter Island in August and were really looking forward to it. No sooner did I receive an email reminder on the morning of the cruise, then at the last-minute the cruise was cancelled due to low guest count. As evidenced by other similar reviews, this is a repeat pattern for the Manatee Queen, where guests are called with little notice prior to boarding with notification of the cancellation. The reservation agent said she'd be "Happy to refund me." I responded, "Of course I'd ask for a refund, you just canceled

3.5 A different perspective on two mildly uninteresting locales.
If there is any downside to the Jupiter sunset cruise, it's Jupiter's fault. Maybe there isn't that much to see. I imagine West Palm Beach is similarly uneventful scenery. Still, if you want to get out on the water and have a few drinks you could do a lot worse than these guys. Pleasant, amusing, and helpful with the drinks and the fresh fruit. The other snacks are missable.

Very disappointing. We booked the sunset cruise for the first night of our 4-day vacation to the area. They called the day of our reservation to cancel and asked if we wanted a refund or to reschedule. We went ahead and rescheduled for the last night of our vacation. On that day we drive all the way into Jupiter (condo was in Jensen Beach) and get a text about 45 minutes before start-time that the cruise was cancelled - again. At this point we can't reschedule again as we live out of state so I opt for the refund. We were very much looking forward to this experience and were quite disappointed

Took this cruise a few years ago and was happy with the overall cruise and service However today was very disappointed with the lack of customer service.
Called and left messages to reserve space but received no return calls or contact by the tour operator Finally arrived at the cruise office after a 30 minute drive only to find out that the cruise was fully reserved Manager apologized but that was too late for us

Excellent value - 2 hour trip up intracoastal that resulted in dolphin and manatee sightings plus beautiful homes on Jupiter Island. Captain Mark was very knowledgeable and a great guide. Worth the money on a modern, clean pontoon boat. Food and drink available on board, but we packed our own and they were fine with that. Great time!!

We purchased 4 passes at a charity event and saved them for when we had out of town visitors. Purchased an additional 4 passes. Great communication from the office for the reservation. Nice well maintained boat and excellent Captain. Great narration throughout the trip. Perfect weather. Nest to see how the other half lives on Jupiter Island. I would highly recommend this tour to locals and out of town visitors.

I wish I could say I could actually review the cruise but every time we call to book we just get a machine...We tried walking in and booking and once the guy who runs the booth could find the time to come inside and see who had walked into his office he could not have cared less to talk to us. He could not have given us a bigger blow off. He was the most useless disinterested individual I have encountered in the hospitality industry in some time. This could be the best tour ever but with him as my first impression I really have no desire to pursue further to find out. Sad as we are always looking

Jumped on board with the tourists. Wanted to check out the river and there is no better way to do it then ridin' the Queen. We happened to call to check on the boats status for the day, good call. The tides had them shoving off 30 minutes later then advertised. We also got our spots reserved.
The boat was filling up so we got on board and sat on the right side. It's a nice clean pontoon boat. Benches around the rail and some on the bow. It's a pretty good sized vessel and appropriately powered. Drinks on board, non alcoholic, some folks had wine. We departed and went up the ICW

After buying food for the cruise and driving all the way there, we arrived to find a note on the door: "cruise cancelled, not enough people signed up." Hmmm well we signed up!! We usually take the sightseeing cruise at least once or twice a year when we come down on vacation. Needless to say, NEVER AGAIN. PLAN OUR WHOLE SATURDAY AROUND THIS AND TO CANCEL WITH A NOTE ON THE DOOR. AMAZED THEY ARE STILL OPERATING IF THIS IS HOW THEY DO BUSINESS. STAY AWAY!!

It was a nice relaxing afternoon on the waterway. The boat captain was very informative and humorous. I wasn't expecting the tour to be all about Jupiter Island's rich and spoiled. It's like the people living there are completely disconnected from the real world. I guess that's what make it so fascinating to some. There was a little info put out about the history of the area, but it was mostly a build up about Tiger Woods' life. I brought my parents out on the tour, but I don't think it was their cup of tea either. It reminded me of one of those Hollywood celebrity
