I have been a resident at Riverview Terrace for almost 2 years. It is an adjustment because you do give up some independence. There are a lot of activities you can participate in, all the trips to concerts and plays, Wine Socials on Thursday night with music. Saturday we have music in the lobby. There is a bus that takes you grocery shopping and to appointments.
We have good food, good times and lots of laughter. In simple words, its such a good place to live!. We are a family owned business who began 20 years ago with our first community, Riverview Terrace in Roseburg Oregon. Riverview Terrace Licensed Residential Care centers around providing the support and assistance our residents need while helping them maintain the independence and freedom they enjoy. Our goal is to meet each resident's personal care needs with the highest level of privacy, respect and individuality.
As your needs begin to change, you may choose to have a private caregiver to assist occasionally within your apartment home. Sometimes, following an illness or after a hospital stay, you may find a little assistance for a short time might be the answer. We can connect you with professionals who are working with others within our community, and who are very familiar to us.
Beautifully furnished guest apartments are available for a complementary stay for up to three days for those seriously considering our community as a future home. Guest apartments can also be reserved for a couple of days or weeks at a per night cost for those interested in overnight stays while visiting the area.

Riverview Terrace is an amazing senior & assisted living community of the highest quality. The services are great, the apartments have spacious floorplans, the location & setting next to the river is unmatched & the staff are remarkable.
