Been calling for a week to make an appointment to see my doctor. Also left several messages on some recording and still nobody has returned my call. After finally able to get an appointment and see my doctor she didn’t send referrals or prescriptions to my pharmacy. Still a whole week and can’t get any help. Staff is rude and nobody knows anything but me.

After my internist retired in 2019, I couldn't get an appointment with another doc & it actually took 3 months before anyone would see me. Then the Rona hit & I was really in dire straights as my prescripts were running out & had to go to the ER for prescriptions. After another 3 month wait, I was seen by a doc who was rushed & inattentive, so after that appointment I never went back. Touro is not what it used to be. Beware!!!

Absolutely abysmal! This healthcare system in this country needs a complete over-haul. I never believed in socialized medicine, but believe me you, it's starting to look better and better. I sought out a referral to Touro so that I could get a professional second opinion. First call, I was told I could not be seen without a referral. Call #2, referral obtained, and attempted to follow up with the scheduling department. Call #3, a voice mail system. Call #4, was told they are under-staffed (not my problem), call #5, I was told NO referral had ever been received after being placed on hold for 10

I absolutely love this office! I have seen a few doctors and specialists but Kelly Mecham is the best! She has an amazing bed-side manner and is always explaining and answers any questions we have with sincerity. We have been seeing her for about 5 years now. She is amazing. The whole office staff is always on top of it! Thank you Touro for making our lives better, healthier and caring!

Been trying to schedule an appointment for 2 months. Called now that the doctor is back from being out sick per suggestion on Friday (today) during my lunch break before noon and waited for my entire lunch break only to have the lady who answered act like she couldn't hear me and hang up. Mind you I've been in touch at the same location with the same phone 6+ times. Have Linear Scleroderma and just want to be seen by a rheumatologist. Wasted my only time off the phones finally got in touch only for her to tell me to call back in another week. So sick of waiting and sick in general if they can't

Dr. Grant is a amazing rheumatologist!!!!
I was so pleasantly surprised how well educated and informed he was of my condition. He understands you, listens, takes notations of all of your concerns,He makes sure that you come to all his visits and do your blood work on time so he can keep record of your health and needs. I feel so lucky and blessed to have such an professional doctor.

You can’t even get an appointment when you need one. Appointments are always 4-5 weeks out. Any specialist appointment is 6 months, yes I said 6 MONTHS OUT! This used to be a good place to go but it has went down hill in the 6 years of being a patient. So if you are really Ill then please don’t go here. Unless you can wait 6 weeks to 6 months for help. I should be pretty sick by then, if I’m not dead yet!

I've been going to the clinic for about two years. They no longer accept new patients, and I was informed that because the doctor I've seen (the one they assigned to me) I'm considered a new patient and they are no longer accepting new patients. Thus, this review is meant for when they begin accepting patients again, because you should know they will eventually abandon you if you allow them to assign you a student, leaving you with no primary care physician. It's difficult to quantify my frustration, other than to warn others to start your search for a new doctor now, rather than believe you have
