Don't waste your time on calling these people. They canceled on us and did a reschedule supposedly for this Saturday 10/30. My husband had even made a call to them the day before trying to confirm with them that they were still coming out. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. We even made arrangements on our time. Says they are open from 9-1 today. I even tried calling but only to get their answering machine. Celebrating 41 years of service is extremely hard to believe!! What a really sad and poor way to run a business!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Chance just came to inspect & clean our fireplace which we haven't used since we bought our house. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. I suspected the flue might need to be replaced but he said it was in great shape. And didn't charge for the cleaning bc he said it didn't need it. Very trustworthy, will use them in perpetuity, and love supporting a local family-run business.

After waiting 2 weeks for our scheduled appointment, and confirming the day before, the employee called our house at the scheduled appointment time and said he was 1 1/2 hours behind, and needed to come a different day! We had already juggled our commitments around to be there for him to come on time. Why not call when he knew he was getting behind? Very unprofessional.

Highly, highly recommend! I called on my way home from work last night to determine if I needed maintenance on our fireplace/chimney. It was clear very early into the call that I have zero expertise in this area. The man on the phone kindly explained to me the different components of our fireplace and how to ensure that it would be ready for use. I can't say enough how much I appreciated his patience and help- all while receiving nothing in return.

I would like to give zero stars. I cannot rate this business, because after a no-show and poor communication, we never received services. They never called or responded to an email after missing the first scheduled appointment; we had to call to reschedule. For the second appointment, they called about an hour after the scheduled time to say they were running late, with no apology. After we had already rearranged our own schedules twice to be there for appointments, we decided that the lack of respect for our time meant we would be taking our business elsewhere.
