We at Barn Door Event Rentals take pride in our inventory, striving to keep everything fresh and modern with constant additions to our surplus. We have amassed a wide variety of items for your event and party needs. If we don't have something readily in stock there is a good chance we know where we can find what you need.
In 2017, we launched our exclusive line of Barn Door Brand furniture rentals. The Flathead Valley and surrounding areas have become a favorite for local and destination weddings and events. We designed our Barn Door Brand line with our clients' requests in mind, rustic but modern design. Each piece is individually made with a natural, rustic feel incorporating the popular urban and industrial element of design.
Our chair selection can acomodate your seating needs from simple wedding ceremonies to ornate ballroom seating. Choose from our following options to perfectly fit your event. An antique finish on the oakwood chairs adds a fresh look and a bit of romance to your affair. Available in dining chairs or bar stools with a tie-back cushion for comfort and style.
Even though the bride and groom are the center of attention at any wedding, the dance floor is where all the fun is happening. Usually 40-50% of your guests will be on the dance floor at the same time, so be sure to have the right size to dance the night away! Dance floors may be placed outside dependent upon weather and/or surface.
Create mood with lighting, a romantic glow can create an awe factor. Bistro or antique lighting will add a statement to a rustic or vintage style. Chandeliers are being hung to create a focal point whether vintage, sophisticated or rustic. Whatever your style, allow lighting to show your personality and add to your decor.

I love this business! Great communication, competitive prices, and excellent customer service from start to finish. This down-to-earth group of people know how to set up for an event. Not only can they provide the rentals, they also have great ideas on how to make the event successful. We rented a large tent and all the stuff we needed for 130 people for our backyard wedding reception. It made things much easier to do the rentals and hire for the set-up. Barn Door is now my go-to for rentals. Anybody will be happy with the care of service. Thanks!
