Our insurance company suggested Servpro to come give an estimate on the repairs from a large water leak in our basement/garage. I was leary getting a referral from our insurance, but Scott Sorenson came out, on time and was absolutely fantastic! Super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He quickly and efficiently developed an estimate and then gave me all the information on the next steps as well as taking time to answer all my questions. Couldn't be happier with Scott and Servpro! I've (unfortunately) had to utlize SERVPRO's services twice in the last year. First was for a roof leak, and second was for a flooded basement. Both teams were exceptional - professional, always on time, very communicative, and incredibly flexible in taking care of the issue while understanding that large projects can be a complicated issue for those of us working from home.

We had a 100 foot tree fall into our home after the last windstorm hit our area. The SERVPRO staff were great to work with and got crews out immediately and they were able to get the tree out of our home and roofers to tarp up the area that same day. We were so grateful that the entire process was so efficient. Frank from the tree service came by twice to check on things and ensure everything was completed. My water heater failed last weekend! What a nightmare. The heater is on the main floor and just below is a finished basement MIL unit. Fortunately the apartment was vacant at the time. There was a good 1-2 inches of standing water in the basement. I was thinking since it was a weekend I would have a hard time getting service and that I might be stuck doing the clean-up myself.
