The Coroner said the owner of this Funeral home would work with me on my Husband's funeral expenses and I explained everything to her and was told to come and pick up his death certificate and when I went to pick it up the lady who was supposed to help me wouldn't give me his death certificate unless I paid in full. The owner told me to come get it and the secretary wouldn't let me speak to her. She has no compassion for your situation and doesn't need to be in the position she's in dealing with grieving people takes heart. I wouldn't recommend using them unless you're prepaid for your funeral

Karla and staff administrated the funeral for my beloved mother. From the first phone call to the last aspects, she was leading the way, so in our time of grief, we weren’t expending more emotional energy than necessary. She made the process seamless. When she and her assistant came to pick up my mother’s body from my parents’ home, they were so very gentle and respectful. Karla made sure to make my mother look as natural as possible, as that would have been my mother’s wishes. My father, who had broken his hip a few weeks before, was on a walker, and Karla went out of her way ensuring

Karla was available at all times, was always immediately helpful, and made the whole process as smooth as it could be. She dealt with all the details seamlessly. Prices were reasonable, and we never felt we were being taken advantage of. I can't say enough good about this place during a very hard time.

We are from Texas, although my mother lived in AR, we were in the process of bringing her home with us when she passed. We did not have resources in the area, and as non-residents, this funeral home could have easily said no to us (every other funeral home told us no due to us being from out of state). However Benton County Funeral Home stepped up and took care of my mother in the way my mother wanted to be cared for, and they also became a rock for us for any additional information we would need in taking care of my mom's final wishes. They are spot on with everything, and the staff is caring
