We’ve been State Farm customers for twenty plus years. This office is the only bad one that we ever dealt with. They increased our premium for no good reason. My wife called few times and left a message no one called back. They don’t deserve our business.

Rosemary Guerra the lady that works at the front desk is very unprofessional and bad representation of the company. Horrible customer service! As for the company my bill has never been consistent every month i see a different number. I have been paying my bills on time, now we are in the month of March 2021 and their just telling that i did not pay for November bill. I have not received a letter nor an email about that bill. I am looking around for a better company that will provide me better representation, customer service and a monthly payment that is consistent to my budget needs. I would give

Karen Wolfe State Farm is awesome, all of the State Farms are very good but the one that we are with which is Karen Wolf's office was such a pleasant experience dealing with them the young lady that helped us Ms. Nora she was awesome, if you're looking for a good insurance company like I said State Farm is good but the Karen Wolf office is awesome try it for yourself.

Complete rip off and worst customer service I've encountered in quite some time. They never return call, I have to call several times in order to get some assistance. They never return emails either. I moved to a new area over 6 months ago and called to change my address before the move. At the time I was told my new address would not affect my current rate. They just back billed me almost $300 because of a rate change in my area! It would have been nice to know that 6 months ago when I called. They take no responsibility as if they weren't corresponding with me at my new address for 6 months.

We have been with Karen for 30 years now....there is NO AGENT better!! PERIOD! We deal with Tyler and he actually cares about us and the best coverage for us. We are notified of annual policy reviews so we can make sure our coverage is aligned with our goals. I have been with them for 8 years was always great. But every since the two agents I always used left the customer service has gone way down. The reason I stayed so many years was the amazing customer service. Now the agents are not professional, no not return phone calls timely or explain the policy’s well. Either switch offices or company’s.
