CB Cleanings has impressed me with the way they are structured and communicate with me. They work in teams and have coordinators who schedule the cleaning teams and handle the billing. Also, they communicate in a way that works for the customer. For me, that means email and text messages. This makes working with them convenient and easy. But, the thing that matters most to me is the cleaning and I have been VERY impressed. The team is courteous and respectful when they are in our home and they are extremely thorough! I’ve truly never experienced this level of service with any cleaners. I highly

I would highly recommend CB Cleaning service. I had them do a deep clean before the holidays and they did a fantastic job. All furniture was moved, all fans and fixtures cleaned well and the whole house was spotless! It’s easy to contact them and get responses and they stay connected through the whole process. Great experience!

If I could give less than one star I would.
We began using CB Cleaning Services in our home in September of this year. Out of the five times they were scheduled to clean our home they were more than 1.5 hours late twice, they forgot to add us to the schedule once, and were on time only twice. It was also a different team that showed up each time.
I followed up with the Office Manager the morning of what would have been our sixth cleaning service only to find out we were not scheduled again on our regular day.
I would absolutely not recommend them for residential services as they are unreliable

I was preparing a property for sale that was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The house was home to two huge dogs and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 2+ years. I'd brought in other cleaners for quotes and they unfortunately thought the job would be too much for them. Not only did CB Cleanings take the job, they over-delivered. The house no longer smells like dog, all the surfaces are practically spotless, including places I thought they couldn't possibly get clean, and the house looks like new. Will definitely use them again.

When Angel came to view the house, he was very thorough with his presentation and details about their deep cleaning service. The crew arrived the following week and went to work. House is clean as can be, I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

We have had construction for more than a year and our house was a dusty mess. Upon the recs of several people in a Facebook community group, I contacted CB Cleanings to inquire about both a deep-clean and regular biweekly cleanings. Angel arrived to do an estimate and a few days later I received the estimate. They could even do the deep clean the following week! I scheduled the deep clean that took two days (my house was that dirty), and my house looks like new. I will be using them for the biweekly cleanings, too.

Alejandro and the team did an outstanding deep clean of my home, getting into every nook and cranny, and working tirelessly for as long as it took to get the job done right. Not only did they leave my house sparkling clean, they even managed to find my daughter’s long-lost AirPods! They were thorough and professional and I’m looking forward to having them back for regular cleaning services.

The communications team does a great job confirming and providing updates for scheduled cleanings. The cleaning staff is very thorough and covers all the areas around the house I don’t even think about cleaning. They are dog friendly and have been very mindful of areas that need extra cleaning, and areas that I do not want them touching (I.e. plant shelf, special decorations). Definitely would recommend.
