I purchase two sets of trusses from them. One set was wrong and we proved it to them however, they refused to fix them. Furthermore, we set up an account with them for a net tenth payment but when we had the issue with the trusses they decided to lien our properties roughly 10 days before we had a payment due. What's worse is they not only filed lien on they two properties but all of our properties and the neighboring properties which we didn't own. As our attorney worked with their attorney to clear things up, we held their check. They then decided to add interest on the amount we owed them even

JJ building supplies in Moscow has been a great resource for us as a company. We operate a construction company locally and have relied on JJ’S for numerous projects. They are always on schedule with delivery’s, along with taking the extra step to deliver quality products. I have mostly worked with Nick at the counter, He has always done quality thorough work for us when ordering materials, or answering questions about products. I moved here and started my own carpentry business. Since I have been here, JJ's has given me more help, and by far the best customer service of any place in town for materials and supplies. Their customer service is greatly improved over the last couple of years. I used to hate going there, being ignored. I went there a week ago to buy some 5/8 gravel and the 2 guys up front couldn't have been more helpful. The young guy doing the loading was awesome, smoothed the load in my trailer for me, noticed the tires on the trailer were low so he filled them for me. I went back for a 2nd load and was told there would a wait of a few minutes. After several minutes (I think the young loader was on a lunch break) one of the guys from up front came out and loaded me up.

If you wish to be treated as a special person or better yet as a person at all, this is not the place for you their customer service skills are not just remiss but utterly lacking, they are too busy to help you out much less ask if you need something, seems even difficult to get checked out and that is when they have 3 people standing there at the counter ahhhhhhh "taking care of business?" While I try not to trash establishments I been here numerous times and kick myself afterwards wondering why did i go in there in the first place.
