We got Gutter Cap several years ago through Costco. The sales brochure clearly stated that if you ever needed your gutters cleaned, they'd do it free for lifetime. The caps were more expensive but the promise of free cleaning, if needed, gave Gutter Cap the nod. They do reduce the amount of debris in the gutters but do not eliminate it. The first time we needed them cleaned the local number still worked and it was done. Now several years later they're jammed up again and the local number has been disconnected.
