I meant to write this review a while back, just forgot. A few months back I made the mistake of updating my Mac to a OS that I had business installing because of how late of a model I had. I had no issue installing it, but here's the kicker. I was using that Mac for my Dj business and had a gig the weekend coming up. My cousin was maxed out and computer was running hot. Dj software was crashing, needless to say I was in a panic. A friend of mine recommend Eric. He was their new Mac guy I believe. Anyways, I talked with him and told him my issue. I had a MAJOR disaster and my computer crashed over the weekend. I use this computer for business. I got this referral from a business associate and called first thing Monday morning, and was told that if I brought it in that morning they would have it back to me by Thursday. Their staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly.
When I arrived at their business I was pleasantly surprised... It was a lot larger than I thought and conveniently located.
Needless to say, Eric worked on my computer, and had it back to me the next day. He did not try to sell me things I didn't need and
