The Pain Management and Treatment Center is devoted 100% to the relief of pain. Pamela Y. Thomas-King, M.D. is the Medical Director. She is joined by a team of specially trained, highly skilled health care professionals committed to providing quality pain management care in a warm and compassionate environment.
Our medical team member are skilled at treating pain, but their expertise also enables them to diagnose the cause. They are trained in the complexity of pain and will guide each patient through the treatment that is appropriate for their pain. Staff is very loving and caring. It's one big family but they make you their #1 priority no matter what.
Far too many people suffering from chronic pain do not receive adequate treatment for their condition. The Pain Management and Treatment Center has been providing quality pain management care to Milwaukee area residents for fifteen years. Pamela Y. Thomas-King, M.D., is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison Medical School. She completed her residency in Anesthesia at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. Immediately following, Dr. Thomas-King entered a 12-month fellowship training program in pain management at Duke.
Acute pain lasts only a short time, and is often related to an injury or illness. Acute pain should lessen naturally during the healing process. Chronic pain, however, is an ongoing condition. Many people experience chronic pain in the neck, back or head. Chronic pain can also be caused by nerve damage, musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, or illness.

Came here appt was 12pm wasn't called til 12:50 they have the nerve to do everything virtual but the room wasn't even clean. The doctor gave me slightly helpful info but when it came to scheduling appt he got the lil girl to do it that was very unprofessional the late Dr King comes in I gives her my complaint she says she have other patients and she will send someone else to see me im holding up her process even after telling these ppl I have to get my son from school it's just too much here I mentioned I couldn't do a am apot for pt the girl says well that's what we have idk what to tell u I then

A Clinic that pushes injections, even when they don't work. A center for Cashcows. Pamela King is in it for the money and the money only. When you speak to her about what is not working , she says you're being non compliant and you can find another Clinic. Poor doctor/patient relationship and bedside manner. This is unfortunate because there are people who are really suffering from chronic pain and are forced to deal with these horrible Doctors. I refer to them as drug dealers hiding behind a license. They're no better than illegal dope dealers. Just my experience and my thoughts.

Terrible place, drug pushers. My wife has been going here for a number of years now and we have yet to have a good experience. They seem to focus on getting you in as many times as possible to collect as many copays as possible and do minimal work. They are uncoordinated and cant even get a simple schedule to work. Wasted another hour here today to pick up a prescription that was ready, they "were too busy to help" 5 people walked in and were served. Wish we could find another place close by.

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL and DISGUSTING place I’ve ever had a displeasure of visiting. My spouse was treated there for a month like DIRT. Please stay away from this sh#thile! People that work there are the most INCONSIDERATE, UNPROFESSIONAL and INDIFFERENT individuals we’ve ever met. They have no compassion for their patients whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and never go there!

Today I went to Pain Management. I have been going there for some time now. I just want the public to know. The first few months that I was going there,they accused me of using ileagl drugs. It was proved that I did not. TODAY my nurce accused me that I tampered with my urine sample. I have been going to this place for a while now. All they do is make accusations. I asked for some kinda proof I tampered with the sample,she could not give me any.But she says even though my sample was tampered with that they would continue provided health for me. Doctor B. Is the worst doctor in Wisconsin. He didn't know he's been giving me medicine he said the last time I had my meds was in July when he just gave me them last month. He should be placed in jail for making his patients worst than what they where. Please don't go here . Every one is nice but when it comes to the doctors doctor B is the worst. He doesn't like doing his job and hasn't been treating me why way a real doctor would.

Ruined my file that I hold record of because I was only there for a "consultation". My dog, as in k9, is on a higher dose of transfix then me. I am not drug seeking, and am open to trying injections etc.. however, coming from a state where they had me on 2 pain medications due to my real issues, to here, where they won't prescribe anything, EVN IF YOU KNOW WHAT WORKS FOR YOU AND YOUR BODY, they treat you horrible. Especially if you are white. Do not recommend this clinic or advanced pain management.

I have had 3 steroid injections in my back from June 2018 till Dec 2018 and the doctor forgot he gave me my third shot. The shots was not helpful and I feel like a test tube dummy. I am still in pain and the steroid injections made me have other problems and my mom told me to steer clear, I didn't listen.
