Services
Along with continued focus on meditation, the Center began offering massage and healing arts in their beautifully renovated space in Saco Mills. Kusum Institute had been offering yoga in Saco since 2003. Our yoga program featured several of the original Kusum Institute teachers and introduced new instructors and additional class options.
MJ's vision is to create a safe space where people can find a community of practitioners who are committed to providing alternative and holistic wellness practices. MJ teaches group meditation classes, and offers individual mindfulness and life coaching to people who have a vision to become entrepreneurs.
MJ Allen holds a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University, is a CCAR Certified Recovery Coach, and holds a Certificate in Meditation Instruction from the University of Holistic Theology. She has been meditating and employing mindfulness techniques in her life since 2012.

MJ provides a warm and cozy atmosphere. She catered to me while I got a very relaxing foot soak. Then I had a massage from Deb!! She has great energy about her! It was an amazing experience from top to bottom and I can’t wait to go again. Give this little local place your business and you won’t regret it!!
