My Experience was a wonderful one with AAA and Pro Tow!! These Guys saved the day....The Tow Truck Driver Thomas was so kind, respectful and patient. My Tire exploded and was almost off the Rim. My Spare under my truck was difficult to remove because the safety latch was rusted...But Thomas did not give up and found a way to drop tire. Thanks Pro Tow and Thomas for your hard work! I will recommend everyone to these Guys👍👍👍👍👍

Had to get my daughter's car towed. John was very knowledgeable of the whole process. He was prompt, actually early, and had the car on towing bed, or whatever it's called, in no time. Very pleasant to work with. If we had to have a car towed again, we would call Pro Tow and ask for John!

So we were visiting Digger’s Dungeon and locked my keys in our van. We are from out of town and called AAA to get assistance. I was told it would take an hour. Having a 4.5 year old is trying enough, let alone when the family is in crisis mode. I received an alert that a truck was on its way after only waiting what felt like a little bit. John arrived and got in our van within minutes. We were very relieved that the van was available so quick. Thanks to John for his professionalism and help. Also kudos to Pro Tow for coming to our aid.

On vacation, our battery died while at dinner. Pro Tow came out to try to jump us, I think his name was Nick? Super helpful and tried everything he could to get it running but still no dice. And then they didn’t charge us because they were not successful in getting it started. I recommend them because they were quick to arrive and were very nice, and tried to help. Very happy with my experience even though it didn’t work.

My car would not start so I called ProTow to take my car to the local auto repair shop. This was after I tried another tow company with no success. Bobby came promptly and he was very professional and genuine. He worked his magic and was able to get my car started on the spot! I was very grateful for him and would definitely be doing business with them if ever I need a tow!!

First let me say the tow truck driver was very nice and did a great job. I have roadside assistance through MetLife. I live in Charlotte NC my son car had a flat tire in Elizabeth City NC. I was told a tow truck would arrive 45 minutes after my call. Long story short it took them 2 hours to get to me. Because they took other calls and pushed me to the side. I was not notified that they were doing that. I called after waiting over a hour. That is when I was notified. That it was a accident and the driver was dispatched there first. I had somewhere to be. I was in town attending my sons first college

Zack arrived within time window. Very nice gentleman who got my truck started with his magic charge box. Did everything expertly and carefully loaded my truck to be towed because of potential issues. Zack was very knowledgeable and explained charging a vehicle from a car does not quite have the strength to jump it. I trusted the service even though I had not used it before. Thank him for me.

Wasn't able to locate my vehicle promptly. Completely scarred my front bumper, chipped off heaps of paint & damaged my grill... The driver couldn't even turn my vehicle off properly so he left my vehicle with one of my battery cables unconnected... Prior to leaving the cable off this driver actually tried to "jump" my vehicle and placed the negative on the positive and vice versa frying his jump box on site and blowing my vehicle's electrical system entirely! Tried sharing this with the owner, zero class, he actually hung up on me! Tow driver came back by to assess

I live about a mile away from Pro Tow. In 2015 We we're camping in Tennessee. Had to come because of family emergency. Pulled my Fifth wheel rig in to driveway. A couple of days later attempted to pull in to backyard and turn around. Short story got stuck due heavy rain creating soft surface. Called Pro Tow . They responded quickly and extricated my truck and fifth wheel with no problem. Cost was worth the job performed.

If I could give them a MINUS score I would. Hubby called AAA this morning and they sent Pro Tow to pick up our vehicle. We thought that everything was fine until hubby went to the shop we had asked the vehicle to be taken to- NOT there!! There are two shops in area- Pugh Car Care Manteo and Pugh Car Care Nags Head. So after calling the Nags Head location and no vehicle, hubby called AAA again. The driver then LIED and said he had delivered it to the Manteo location- NOT! So not only can driver not read directions he lied too! Hubby found car few blocks down at Treadquarters! So unless you have

We were in the Outer Banks and about to leave to go to our hotel room back in Norfolk, about 90 miles away, when our car broke down. We called AAA, who dispatched Pro Tow. We had a 5 year old and 3 month old with us. AAA guarantees a 100 mile tow, so we figured we would head back to Norfolk since that is where all the babies things were. Pro Tow refused to honor the 100 miles even though that is in their contract. Instead, they left us stranded with 2 kids. Luckily we were able to get a hotel room on the Outer Banks.
