Just went into Unique Machine for what I thought would be a relatively easy job for them to accomplish for me. I was met by a man who was condescending in tone and very unwilling to help me accomplish what I was attempting to have done. He turned his back on me after his rude encounter with me then proceeded to dig through the file cabinet leaving me unsure of what I should do. So I grabbed my parts off the counter and found another solution. I strongly would recommend finding another place to do business with. One that cares to help customers out with needs and be friendly doing it.

I've had small, complex machining projects completed by Unique for many years. I've found that having Unique fabricate something for me was often less expensive than buying the item off shelf, and often the only way to acquire some custom items. If you have a project requiring custom metalwork, try Unique. The prices are fair, they're usually punctual, and they don't seem to mind my tiny projects rather than massive, greater-profit projects.
