The office staff and billing is something to be desired. The gal who answers the phone who claimes she can't help in reference to anything; Pyiairer is rather rude and smotty. They leave people on hold for 15 minutes, the gal at the front desk not sure of it is the same gal, told the doctor in front of me she called in a test for me but, didn't and I had to deal with the scheduling department for a hslf hour because she didn't order the test..the scheduling department at the hospital was extremely apologetic fior the lack of service on behalf of ghis person, I confirmed with her as I stood in front

Dr. Wolff is a great doctor. His bedside manner is top notch. I know he's great with adults and I'm sure he's even better with kids

The doctor is fine. But to get through his extremely rude staff is exhausting. My 90 year old Uncle saw doctor Wolf in November. He said make an appointment for February and we'll keep on a three month schedule. We stopped at the reception desk and made our appointment for Veterans Day, February 15. A snow storm was headed our way but we kept our appointment. The staff told us upon arrival we did not have an appointment and were very rude. They said if we didn't have the appointment card there is no proof. She asked if she looked familiar because she's the only one to make an appointment

Probably one of the nicest doctor we have dealt with for our 12 year old daughter. He has a great bed side manner with kids. Highly, Highly recommend.
