The customer service at Apple is just horrible. They've told me two weeks in a row they would come out to measure and not once did they show up or even give me the courtesy of calling to let me know. I would not trust their word on anything at this point, since the person at the main office seems blissfully unaware of honoring promises, and shows no regret anytime they have reneged on their commitments or the trouble they've caused by wasting our valuable time. I can only assume they do not care about having any new business or customers, as that is how they act.

An update on my earlier

Moved into our new house and the first thing we needed was a fenced in yard for the dogs. Apple Fence was quick to come out and walk the yard with me and came up with suggestions that I didn't even think of. The fence turned out perfect and my dogs and I couldn't be happier. Many thanks!!
