My container departed from Oakland USOAK on the CAP PORTLAND 537S on September 14 and arrived at Manzanillo/Mexico MXZLO on September 19.
My container *should have* left Mexico on the SANTA ROSA 535E on September 21. However, Track & Trace shows it left Mexico on the SANTA BARBARA 536E on September 28 (7 days later) instead.
I was told by Hamburg Sud to contact AA Cargo directly to find out why this happened, or why AA Cargo booked my container on this schedule, causing my container to unnecessarily languish in Mexico for 9 DAYS, rather than ship immediately like it should have.
