Mike has over 39 years of professional experience both in senior industry positions and large public accounting firms. Mike has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Plymouth State University of the University of New Hampshire System, as well as a Master of Science Degree in Taxation from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University.
Every operating business has "Business Value". In some cases this value is reflected in the underlying physical assets of the business. For others, it may be inherent in the intangible assets created by the business and its owners. Often these intangible assets are not reflected on the company's balance sheet.
Our tax practice has always been grounded in tax planning and compliance. The area of income tax continues to be one of our primary service disciplines. By limiting our tax services to business, real estate, or complex individual clients, we are able to effectively provide a high level of tax advice with a relatively small and specialized staff.
We are a fully licensed and peer reviewed certified public accounting firm registered with the State of New Hampshire. Consistent with our tax and consulting practice we provide a limited range of accounting services to our clients. We have chosen to limit the attest function to providing non-disclosure compilations.
Route 101 to Exit 10 Route 85. Go towards downtown Exeter. At first stop sign take a left onto Route 27 East (Water Street), (a right is main st.) Go about 100 yards and turn left into Town of Exeter boat ramp ( just before Stillwells Riverwalk Ice Cream). Park in the public parking lot, nearest the river.
