Rick with Western Carolina Home Inspections did the inspection for a home we are hoping to purchase and we are so grateful for his knowledge, professionalism, thoroughness and courtesy. The statement was very detailed with pictures and written descriptions, making it easy to understand what was being reported. When I called asking for additional input, he and his wife, Kathy, were happy to help spending over 15 minutes with us even though it was after business hours on a Friday. I can't thank them enough for handling our inspection!
