Worked with Brianna and got the same exceptional customer service that I always come to expect with Amy Jones office. I was trying to get a quote online and it wouldn't work because of the what I needed. I emailed them and with in 20 minutes she called me. I was unable to answer (at work) and then BOOM i got my fully written up quote in my in-box WITHOUT ASKING. Buying a house and this helped me immensely. Thanks team

Terrible customer service. We attempted to cancel our vehicle insurance 6 weeks ago and keep our renters insurance. Aaron who was supposed to take care of this cancellation messed up and cancelled our renters not our vehicle. Mistakes are understandable. But when we have to call back 3 more times to correct it, that is not acceptable. Now 6 weeks later 7-8 phones calls, hours on hold and we still have not received our refund for the insurance that was charged which never should have been charged in the first place. We’ve asked for Amy Jones to return our calls thinking since her name is on this
