I called to get advice about what to do with our laptop that wasn’t functioning properly. Chris advised me about what he would do if it were his computer. He is very knowledgeable and helped me understand what the issues were with it. He backed up our documents on our computer and gave me specs to look for in my next laptop. I then had questions about the external hard drive we purchased from him and he responded instantly and was able to help. Highly recommend this shop and trust them completely!

The business server for 8 computers lost it's directory, and Chris was able to get us up and running quickly and verified everyone's connections to ensure functionality. He was awesome about following up to make sure we were satisfied with their service.
Personally, my hard drive crashed, and he was able to recover all my documents and pictures, as i hadnt done a backup in about a month. Saved the day!

About 2 months ago we purchased a new computer and printer. As soon as we brought it home we started having issues with the printer. We took the printer back and got a new one. A few days later we started Chris had not only fixed the issue he made sure all of our computers worked correctly on the network. And all for 1/3rd of the cost that the other company wanted to charge.
