Therapy for anxiety can help you gain a sense of control over your anxiety and will leave you with increased energy and clarity. We will then work together to help you focus these resources on creating a more balanced and healthy life. As a counselor I work with Anxiety, Depression, Marriage Counseling, Young Adults & Family Therapy.

It takes strength and humility to know when you need help. When you are in the midst of a problem like anxiety, depression or conflict in your marriage, family or relationships it may seem overwhelming or impossible to resolve. Talking to friends and family can be helpful but sometimes it is not enough.
Services
Each day I work with clients that are ready to be free of anxiety, depression, family conflict & young adult issues. I work with couples to repair relationships and broken trust through marriage counseling. I help people find balance and strength and start living a happier, healthier, more productive life.
The beginning of our work together will focus on my getting to know you so that I can understand what is troubling you and determine how I can help you. The work we do together will be tailored to your situation and your needs. We will address the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Depression is fairly common - artists, writers, musicians, scientists, and world leaders have suffered from depression throughout history. It can be severely debilitating, and still remains somewhat of a paradox. While a diagnosis of "major depressive disorder" may be given to a person experiencing specific symptoms by a mental health professional, there are also less severe forms of depression.
Excessive worry and fear can be debilitating. Sometimes it is difficult to determine that you are suffering from anxiety because you've been struggling for so long that it seems to be a normal part of life. You may also not even know that what you're struggling with has a name and that it can be addressed.
Having thoughts that are dominated by the loss coupled with poor concentration, tearful spells, and confusion about the future?. Experiencing symptoms of depression such as lack of appetite, weight loss, difficulty concentrating, and/or insomnia since the loss?. Experiencing feelings of guilt that not enough was done for the lost one, or having an unreasonable belief of having contributed to the death in some way?.

Jeff is a tremendous individual and professional. I have worked with him in varying capacities over the last four years and each experience has been exceptional. He provides incredible insight when needed and has an uncanny ability to listen in a completely non-judgmental way. He is a genuine human being who truly cares about his family, friends, colleagues, and clients. Jeff has honestly helped me become happier, healthier, and more productive.
