Combined with my nutrition background I help my clients to see the bigger vision of what they would like their life to look like, holding them accountable on a weekly basis helps them to realize their dreams.
You will set the goals and we will do weekly check-ins to make sure that you are moving toward the goals that matter most. 30 minute 1:1 consultation to determine your goals and make a realistic plan that is tailored to your lifestyle. Life long success is knowing what works for you and you alone. A 12-week planning cycle is long enough to achieve something meaningful while short enough to prevent complacency.
