My family have used providers at KFMC for 10+ years. I initially came as a sliding scale patient without insurance needing to establish care. Without the sliding scale I would have not been able to address my health concerns. We see Tammy Williams as our pcp but have seen Melissa Pierce in the Broken Bow office at times when we needed to be seen sooner. She's assessed yearly labs to adjust vitamin d levels, done wart removal for my youngest child and even assessed my husband for PVD. Every provider I've ever seen has been very professional and listened to my concerns and helped get to the bottom

My sister made an appointment for chronic chest pains that she has visited this clinic about before. I will say the last time she went Dr Clay did try to help, she ran test and prescribed medicine that later got recalled. So now she is having chest pains, dizzy, trouble breathing (mostly when wearing a mask). And instead of trying to find the reason behind the problems which started way before Covid Dr. Gordon decided to lecture her on her request to not wear a mask and switch to a shield. He literally tried to guilt her by saying if someone comes in contact with her and dies it will be her fault
