They did a reasonably good job installing the tile in my house but now that I need them to come back and do the touch-up they promised because of regular settling, they won't answer the phone or return any of my calls. I've been calling for more than 2 weeks (more than 6 calls) with no response. If you are ok with a job only half done and no possibility of them guaranteeing their work, then I guess this is the company for you.

We used LI Tile Works multiple times as we renovated our home and each and every time they were amazing! Their work speaks for itself and the owner Gerald takes pride in his work. Gerald was always great about answering all of our questions and always returned phone calls and emails promptly when we were in the design process.
